In a major boost to tribal welfare and regional infrastructure, Minister for Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes K. Radhakrishnan dedicated multiple government development projects to the public across various hamlets in Attappadi.
Speaking at the inaugural gathering, the Minister emphasized that state-sponsored welfare projects and basic civic infrastructure are not acts of charity, but the fundamental democratic rights of the populace.
The newly unveiled initiatives encompass upgraded drinking water distribution systems, modern primary healthcare amenities, community study rooms, and paved arterial roads linking remote tribal settlements with main market centers.
The Minister assured that continuous monitoring mechanisms have been instituted to ensure timely execution, transparent fund utilization, and sustainable livelihood support for all families residing across the Attappadi valley.
