The Right to Information Act has ensured transparency and accountability in the administration‍Scheduled Castes and Schedules‍Minister for Backward Welfare Department K. A Tulsi said. The minister was speaking after inaugurating the seminar‍ organized for the officials‍ under the leadership of State Information Commission‍.

 

The right to access information affecting the privacy of individuals‍ except ten rupees‍and within a certain time limit‍ has been acquired through the Freedom of Information Act. Sir‍It is the policy of Sir‍that all activities and information of Sar‍ should reach the common people. The Right to Information Act is a tool for that. ‍ The minister added that situations of misuse of RTI‍ should be avoided as much as possible‍து.
